6About Me
I’m a second year Cambridge Veterinary Medicine student who received offers from Cambridge and Edinburgh. I was not pooled for my Cambridge application; I received an offer from the college I applied to. I was also confident coming out of my Edinburgh interview that I would receive an offer; I understand the veterinary application process and what interviewers are looking for, and will help you fine-tune your interview to give you the best chances of receiving an offer!
My own interests range from brachycephalic dogs and their treatment to wildlife conservation; I have a strong general veterinary knowledge and am interested in current vet affairs, which better enables me to help you with any topics you’re unsure on. There is so much to explore in the veterinary world, and with me you’ll put your best foot forward to getting those offers!
My teaching style
We will go through mock interviews using different question styles and topics, from which I’ll give you feedback on what you can improve on. We will also spend time on your weaknesses, whether that be knowledge, confidence or articulating your thoughts so you present the best version of yourself to the interviewers.
My past experience
I’ve tutored GCSE Science, GCSE Maths and A level German. I also ran VetSoc at my secondary school, which involved presenting on different veterinary topics and going through mock interview questions before my own application.
My Proudest Achievements
Receiving an offer from Cambridge was the culmination of lots of hard work and determination.
