1About Me
Hi! My name is Khadija and I am a 3rd year dental student at Cardiff Univeristy. Having recieved 4 interview offers for dentistry and subsequently gaining all 4 offers, I have a range of experience and tips for the interview process and understand what universities are looking for. With my knowledge I hope to greatly improve your interview abilities and put you in the best position possible with your application.
Applying to dentistry can seem extremely daunting and is a stressful time for a lot of students, through this tutoring I will not only provide information on interview techniques and the content that you should know prior to your interviews, but will also give advice on how to remain calm and confident during the process. A key part of all interviews is ensuring you maintain confidence and represent the best and most capable version of yourself possible- and this is what I hope to bring out through my tutoring.
My teaching style
My main style of tutoring for interviews is practice questions and recreating the same interview style, and environment as will be used during the real process. I use the notes and materials I used myself when applying as well as other resources, and provide an insight into how the interviews will be conducted and what to expect.
My past experience
I have previously tutored students during Sixth Form who were applying to medicine and other healthcare courses.
My Proudest Achievements
Getting into dental school, becoming a qualified first aider, and being Head Girl at school.
