Hi everyone! I am a second year medical student studying in the University of Sheffield. I have completed my A levels in 2021, achieving an A* in Maths, Biology and Chemistry. I have also done an EPQ on development of Parkinson’s disease treatments in which I achieved an A. If I had to describe myself in 3 words, I would say I am approachable, caring and hardworking. As a 2nd year international medical student, I am aware of how competitive the medical application process is in the Uk when there are limited spaces available at universities. I believe I understand the stress and pressure students go through when prepping for the UCAT and medical interviews, hence I would use my past experience and give them tips of things I would rectify if I was applying again. I have experience in teaching as I have tutored for UCAT and medical interview in the past few years and have received a positive feedback from my students. I would also make sure that my student would be working smart and not hard.
